INTERNATIONAL COCOA AND CHOCOLATE WORKSHOP (ICCW) 2021 Co-organised by the Department of Food Science and Technology of Universitas Sebelas Maret, Indonesia, the Laboratory of Food Structure and Function of Ghent University, Belgium, and Cacaolab bv, Belgium, the Cocoa and Chocolate Workshop 2021 will provide theoretical knowledge about the recent trends in cocoa and chocolate processing technology. The ICCW 2021 is online training program specifically designed to develop the capacities of professionals and academicians working in the respective area. The program will provide high-standard English-taught classes, interactive discussion with international experts. The whole chain of cocoa agro-industry, from farmer to consumer, is covered in this workshop. Moreover, student participants will earn transferable study credits equal to 2 credit units at the end of the workshop.
